ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Mark Kowalski is a Contract Specialist for International and Tactical groups for Leupold & Stevens Inc. He is also a life member of the National Contract Management Association (Life Pro-Vita) and current Treasurer of NCMA Portland.
Mark has been involved with contracting for Medical Devices, OEM Contract Manufacturing industries for 23 years. He has worked on various client projects for (Veterans Administration, Defense Logistics Agency, General Services Administration, FEI, IBM, Intel, AMD, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Allied Signal Corporation, Boeing and Raytheon). About 18 years of his tenure has been in sales contracts, subcontracts, and purchasing-related fields, including OEM contract and subcontract management, GSA contract management, material proposal estimating, and cost analysis.
