Did you know your firm may be liable for a $1.1 million civil penalty for violating the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)?  Do you know where to find information and resources on ITAR compliance?

This training is intended for those individuals and firms new to ITAR compliance and a resource for compliance managers to recommend for staff who need to have situational awareness of what it means to be an ITAR compliant firm.  Akana Ma has recorded this introductory-level resource to provide a foundational understanding of ITAR and ITAR compliance.

Audience: Anyone who works for a firm that deals with exports, re-exports, or activities related to ITAR (including subcontractors to firms that export) and who needs an overview of, or introduction to, ITAR.  This includes those firms that don’t think they “export” but are uncertain.

Register to access and utilize this on demand resource.
