Who Should Join?

PNDC Members are companies that do business (or seek to do business) as prime or subcontractors with the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other international, federal, state, and local agencies involved in security and law enforcement.  All member applications are subject to approval by the PNDC Board.

PNDC Sustaining Members are companies that aren’t typically in the government supply chain, but seek to work with PNDC Member companies.  Our Sustaining Members include law firms, financial institutions, staffing agencies, insurers, accountants, public relations, etc.  Sustaining membership includes all the benefits of membership plus extensive marketing opportunities.  All member applications are subject to approval by the PNDC Board.

PNDC provides regular, structured networking events for our members including:

Procurement Counseling
In partnership with the Oregon Procurement Technical Assistance Center (GCAP), our full-time Procurement Counselor assists companies with navigating FARS/DFARS, registrations, and certifications including DUNS, Systems for Award Management, Dynamic Small Business Search, and Federal Business Opportunities.  We also offer a free bid match service for our Washington and Oregon members.   

Advocacy
PNDC convenes regular Congressional Roundtable discussions to bring our members face-to-face with U.S. Representatives & Senators to ensure that Congress and federal agencies address the needs of Northwest defense/security businesses.

How Does My Company Join?

While PNDC is a member-funded organization, our annual rates are very competitive. Our membership dues are calculated based on the number of people the candidate firm employs in the Northwest.
